Trupti Mohan

Trupti Mohan is an experienced Human Resources leader currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Fresenius Medical Care Asia-Pacific since May 2018, responsible for HR strategy and functions across the region. Previously, Trupti held various positions at Fresenius Medical Care and Johnson & Johnson, including Director of Talent Management & OD for Asia Pacific and Regional HR Director for Supply Chain teams. Trupti's extensive experience includes leadership roles focused on talent attraction, organizational design, culture, and diversity. Trupti began a career in HR after joining Johnson & Johnson as a management trainee in 1996. Trupti holds a BSc in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai and further education from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
