John HILL (Dipl-Bw., M.A.) has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. John currently serves as the Director of IT Procurement at Fresenius Group since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at STADA as the Director of Indirect Purchasing from November 2018 to July 2021.

Their previous experience includes roles at Kingfisher plc, where they held positions of Head of Procurement Technology from January 2016 to October 2018, Senior e-Sourcing Manager from July 2010 to December 2015, and e-Sourcing Manager from January 2007 to June 2010. At Kingfisher, their responsibilities encompassed various aspects of strategic and operational purchasing, as well as IT procurement.

Before joining Kingfisher, John worked at B&Q plc, where they served as the Group Collaboration Manager from January 2003 to December 2006. John attended Bishop Wordsworth's Grammar School in Salisbury, UK from 1981 to 1987, where they completed their high school education with 3 "A" Levels and 8 "O" Levels. John also holds certifications in Miller-Heiman Strategic Selling from Miller Heiman Group (formerly MHI Global) in 2015, Red Sheet negotiation skills from Positive Purchasing in 2014, GRID Management from Deutsches GRID Institut in 1997, and Ausbilder-Eignung (Certification of ability to train apprentices) from IHK Rhein-Neckar (Mannheim Chamber of Commerce) in 1996.
