Michael Needler

Michael Needler, Jr. started their work experience in 2004 as an Analyst/Associate/Loan Officer for Commercial Real Estate at LaSalle Bank. Michael later worked as a Vice President at First Regional Bank from 2007 to 2008, and then at Capmark as a Vice President from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, Needler became the President and CEO of Fresh Encounter, Inc.

Michael Needler, Jr. received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance from Hanover College, which they attended from 1990 to 2005. Michael later obtained an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, attending from 2010 to 2012.
