As the Executive Chef at Fresh Ideas, LLC since June 2024 and previously at Sodexo, Christopher has overseen culinary operations at notable institutions including Northwestern State University and Rapides Regional Medical Center. Prior roles include Area Manager for Performance Food Group and various leadership positions at Elior North America and Sodexo, where responsibilities encompassed fee and P&L management, contract negotiations, and project management. With a strong foundation in nutrition services management and a commitment to training diverse teams, Christopher is also a certified LEAN A3 Coach. Christopher's educational background includes studies at Johnson and Wales University from 1993 to 1995.

As a young girl, I learned the importance of food quality from my father.
