Annigje Jacobs

Annigje Jacobs has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Junior Strategist at THEY, where they analyzed market developments and created keynotes for brand strategies. In 2011, they joined JWT Amsterdam as a Strategist and later transitioned into a copywriting role. From 2013 to 2014, Annigje worked as a Copywriter at Woedend!, creating concepts and writing scripts for various platforms. Annigje then joined Phibious as a Senior Copywriter in 2015, working across multiple Southeast Asian countries. In 2017, Annigje became a Freelance Senior Copywriter, Editor, and Producer, working on projects for magazines, NGOs, ad agencies, and companies. In 2018, they co-founded Candide, and in 2021, they became a Founder-in-Residence at Fresh Ventures Studio. Currently, Annigje is working as a Co-Founder at Springtail, an organization dedicated to accelerating the transition to a regenerative food system.

Annigje Jacobs has an extensive education history. Annigje first attended Dalton Voorburg from 1996 to 2002, where they obtained their Gymnasium degree. Annigje then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence at Utrecht University from 2003 to 2008. Annigje continued their education at Utrecht University from 2009 to 2010, obtaining their Master's degree in Applied Cognitive Psychology. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from ITTT - International TEFL & TESOL training in June 2017.
