Nick Kosewski

Nick Kosewski is an experienced operations manager currently working at Freshpack, where responsibilities include managing new product introductions, material and process changes, and special projects aimed at improving the facility in Paducah, Kentucky. Prior to Freshpack, Kosewski held various roles at H.B. Fuller, including Tech Manager and Shift Production Manager, and was part of the global engineering team. Kosewski's earlier experience includes positions as a Laboratory and Engineering Technician and as an Engineering Intern at Sanimax, where a range of engineering challenges were addressed. Kosewski also served as a Community Advisor at the University of Minnesota, mentoring undergraduate students, and worked as a Researcher at Cho Research Group focused on innovative materials. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Murray State University, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
