Joe Kautz

Joe Kautz has extensive experience in finance and management roles. Joe began their career as a CPA at Bartlett, Pringle & Wolf, LLP. Joe then worked as a CFO at Vestcap Corporation before joining Kinko's as an Accounting & Management Consultant. At Kinko's, they implemented various financial systems and training programs. Joe later became the CFO and Vice President of Finance for Southeast Kinko's, overseeing all financial activities during the company's substantial growth.

Joe then took on roles at Tremigo Companies, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer / Principal, and at Alert Cellular, LLC, where they were the CFO. In both positions, they implemented restructuring efforts and upgraded financial systems.

Following this, Joe worked as a Business Consultant, providing general business strategy and management services to early-stage tech companies. Joe also served as the Vice President of Finance for a telecommunications company, improving cash flow and preparing the company for successful sale.

Joe then joined Kaplan International English as the Vice President of Finance - North America. Joe spearheaded the reorganization of the finance function and improved financial controls, achieving the highest level of SOX compliance.

Most recently, Joe has been working at FreshRealm as the Vice President of Finance.

Joe Kautz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, which they attended from 1975 to 1979.
