Matt Hand

Matt Hand currently serves as a Joint Venture Owner and Interim Director of Operations at Freshslice Pizza, starting in August 2023. Prior to this, Matt was the General Manager at DEKORA Staging Inc. from June 2022 to July 2023, specializing in real estate staging and interior design. Matt's extensive experience in the food and beverage industry includes roles as District Manager and Store Manager at Starbucks from August 2010 to June 2022, focusing on enriching customer experiences and guiding high-performance teams. Earlier positions include Food and Beverage Outlets Manager at The Fairmont Hotel and The Marriott Vancouver. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Northern Arizona University and has previous education at Arizona State University.
