Ben Baltimore

Ben Baltimore currently serves as the Director of Sales, Mid-Market at Freshworks since July 2025. Prior to this role, Ben held positions at Outreach as a Senior Sales Manager, Mid-Market, and previously as a Sales Manager focused on Commercial Growth. At Lusha, Ben was a Sales Manager for the Mid-Market segment, managing the US Account Executive Team. Ben began the professional career at EF Education First as a Sales Enablement Specialist and Account Executive. Ben holds an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BS in Communication, Management, and Design from Ithaca College.
