George Hackett

George Hackett is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in SaaS customer service platforms. Currently, George serves as the Director of Sales and Head of UK & I Sales at Freshworks, where responsibilities include leading a team of Sales Development Representatives focused on pipeline activity and lead generation. Previously, George held the position of Enterprise Sales Manager at Freshworks, being the first salesperson hired in Europe to expand the region. Before joining Freshworks, George worked at Dotdigital in enterprise and mid-market sales, contributing to the growth of an innovative email and marketing automation solution. George holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of Exeter.
