Muniyappan Mani

Muniyappan Mani is a Senior Software Engineer at Freshworks, with experience developing new applications and integrating existing business applications in the CRM, CXG, and PRM domains since August 2019. Previously, Muniyappan served as a Software Engineer within the StratOps team and as an Information Technology Analyst, where notable contributions included enhancing customer experience through the development and maintenance of business applications. In addition to technical expertise, Muniyappan was a Certified District Trainer at Rotaract District 3201 from July 2018 to November 2020. Academically, Muniyappan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, completed in 2019, following education at SSV Higher Secondary School from 2013 to 2015.
