Rithik Chandran has extensive experience in Customer Success Management, currently serving as Principal Customer Success Manager at Freshworks since February 2018, with previous roles including Senior Customer Success Manager, Lead Customer Success, and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Freshworks, Rithik worked at LeadSquared from March 2016 to February 2018, focusing on managing key accounts for CRM and Marketing Automation products. Rithik's career began at Velocis Systems Private Limited as a Business Development Associate, contributing to the implementation of cloud solutions, and included a marketing internship at Cavinkare. In academia, Rithik served as a Visiting Faculty member for qualitative aptitude and logical reasoning preparation from March 2011 to June 2013. Rithik holds a PGDM in Marketing and Operations Management from FORE School of Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Govt College of Engineering, Attingal.
