Stephan Mitter

Stephan Mitter is a seasoned professional in business development and sales, with extensive experience in the outdoor sports industry. Since January 2020, Stephan has served as the business development manager for ZAG Ski at Alpine Kompetenz. Concurrently, Stephan has been involved with Blue Ice since 2014, focusing on implementing innovations and ideas in the outdoor sector. As a state-certified mountain and ski guide, Stephan has been dedicated to developing educational concepts in mountain sports since 1993. Additional experience includes roles in marketing and sales for FrictionLabs, trade agency functions with Rock Experience, Chillaz, and Lundhags Skomakarna AB, and brand ambassador responsibilities for Salomon. Stephan's background also includes a significant tenure at Oberalp Group Spa, where responsibilities spanned product development and training concept planning for retailers. Education was pursued at BSPA, where Stephan studied from September 1991 to July 1993.
