Victoria Bona has a diverse background in graphic design and art direction. Victoria is currently working as an Art Director for Frida, specializing in packaging and instore merchandising. Prior to this, they worked at L'Oréal, starting as an Art Director for Maybelline, where they conceptualized and executed dynamic promotional displays for various retailers. Victoria also served as the Art Director for Dermablend, overseeing creative development and executing a wide range of assets across multiple channels. Before joining L'Oréal, Victoria worked as a Visual Merchandising Designer for Redken, managing merchandising pieces and designing large-scale structures for branded events. Victoria also worked as a Graphic Design Intern for Victoria's Secret, XO Group Inc., Void Media LLC, Folio Weekly, and Senior Layout Designer at UNF Spinnaker. Victoria's experience spans print and digital design, packaging, branding, and marketing collateral.

Victoria Bona has a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and Digital Media, which they obtained from the University of North Florida from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, in 2010, they completed Dual Enrollment at Palm Beach State College. Additionally, in 2009, they attended the Maryland Institute College of Art for Pre-College studies, focusing on Photography and Graphic Design.
