Diana initially held the role of Vice President, Senior Counsel, guiding the company through Chapter 11 bankruptcy. In February 2017, they were promoted to General Counsel and Vice President. Diana'sduties expanded to include protecting and enhancing the company's international copyright and trademark portfolio.

Diana Ballou began their education in 1994 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 1998. Afterward, in 1998, they enrolled at the University of Miami School of Law, where they pursued their Juris Doctor degree in Law until 2001.
