Elaine Yanni

Elaine Yanni is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning several decades in various roles. Currently serving as a part-time Employee Benefits Specialist for Episcopal SeniorLife Communities since November 2023, Elaine has been with Friendly Senior Living as Benefits and Rewards Manager and VP of Human Resources since September 2008. Previous positions include HR Consultant at HR Works, Inc., Human Resources Director at Asmat, Employee Benefits Specialist at Fairport Baptist Home, Human Resources Generalist at Monroe Litho, and Assistant Director of HR at Hillside Family of Agencies. Elaine holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from SUNY Brockport and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Corning Community College.
