Circular Economy Campaigner at Friends of the Earth Scotland

Kimberley Pratt is a Circular Economy Campaigner at Friends of the Earth Scotland since September 2021 and also serves as a Guest Lecturer in Life Cycle Analysis at The University of Edinburgh, where an annual course in the subject is developed and delivered for the MSc programme in Applied Ecological Economics. Previous experience includes an eleven-year tenure as an Environmental Analyst at Zero Waste Scotland, where expertise in environmental impacts of materials and waste was established through leading significant research and policy projects, along with a role as Project Researcher at the Scottish Institute of Sustainable Technology focusing on sustainable urban development. Kimberley’s earlier engagement with Friends of the Earth Scotland as a Parliamentary Volunteer involved lobbying efforts on climate change. Academically, Kimberley holds an MSc in Environmental Protection and Management from The University of Edinburgh and a BA in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford.
