Achille Hendje

Achille Hendje is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in middle school mathematics instruction. Currently serving as a Middle School Mathematics Teacher at Friendship Public Charter School since August 2020, Achille previously held a similar position at Imagine Hope Tolson Public Charter School from July 2015 to 2019, achieving significant student growth as measured by STAR Renaissance data. Prior experience includes roles as a Para-Educator and substitute teacher within Montgomery County Public Schools, where Achille supported students academically and managed classroom dynamics. Additionally, Achille contributed to policy research as an intern at the Maryland Clean Energy Center. A graduate of Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government, Achille brings a diverse background to the educational field.
