Åsa Rexare Simonsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation, leadership development, and yoga education. Currently serving as Business Transformation Manager and Business Transformation Leader at IKEA of Sweden since June 2023, Åsa has also held significant roles at Inter IKEA Systems and Hyper Island, focusing on people and culture leadership and head of business transformation. As the owner and yoga educator at MyYoganess since 2011, Åsa offers yoga and meditation classes, workshops, and teacher training both domestically and internationally.
