Holly Reilly

Holly Reilly is the vice president of operations for Human Resources at Froedtert Health.

In this role, Holly is accountable for HR operations at Froedtert Hospital, the Community Hospital Division and Community Physicians. Holly has more than 30 years of experience in health care human resources and extensive experience in operations.

Holly previously worked for Johns Hopkins Health System in Baltimore, where she served as the director of human resources consulting and labor relations. She has a successful history of supporting other large, complex organizations, including the Cleveland Clinic and the University Hospitals Health System in Cleveland.
