Alex Tepper

Alex Tepper is currently the Global Head of Ventures and Sustainable Futures for North America at frog design and Capgemini Invent. Prior to this, Alex co-founded InTandem, a community supporting underrepresented founders. Alex also served as the Managing Director at Emerald Technology Ventures, focusing on climate-tech investments. With experience at companies like Techstars, Human Ventures, GE, and American Express, Alex has a strong background in innovation, strategy, and new business development. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Japanese from Cornell University.
