Ela Adamus-Wolny

Ela Adamus-Wolny is an experienced HR and Recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the HR & Recruitment Manager at From Poland With Dev since September 2021, Ela oversees end-to-end recruitment processes in the IT sector, focusing on candidate experience and international client relations. Prior experience includes roles at ADP as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where Ela coordinated recruitment processes for Poland and provided support for the EMEA and US regions, and as a Recruitment Specialist at Adecco Poland, managing recruitment for various positions. Ela's early career involved training and HR activities at Pośrednictwo Finansowe "KREDYTY-Chwilówki" and operational support at Impet Systems. Ela holds a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Psychology in Business from Katowice School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Uniwersytet Bielsko-Bialski.
