As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll be an integral member of the go-to-market leadership team, and will have an opportunity to build a world class organization. You will be working closely with Front's data team to uncover opportunities, marketing to craft compelling content and sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategies. While our SDR team is inbound focused currently, it will likely evolve to include an outbound motion and this leader should have deep experience with both. We are looking for a leader who has a proven record of creating a high performing SDR organization and considers coaching and career growth as primary motivators. Who will love this job:

What will you be doing?

  • Leading and developing a team of SDRs based in Chicago and Dublin (UKI)
  • Ensuring execution of our priorities and driving results which exceed plan
  • Using SFDC and other data/insights tools to measure the business performance and identify opportunities for improvement/optimization
  • Working cross functionally to ensure the right information is flowing to the right parts of the organization at the right time

What skills & experience do you need?

  • Prior leadership experience (SD or Sales) with a track record of success in both results and the development of your team
  • Ability to derive insights from data and make sound decisions based on those insights
  • Firm understanding of both inbound (MQL to SAO) and outbound (self sourced) pipeline generation
  • Excellent collaborator with experience working cross functionally/globally
