Andrew Wennerstrom

Andrew Wennerstrom has extensive work experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on land acquisition and development. Andrew started their career as an Acquisitions Coordinator at Griffin Residential, where they provided valuable support in property valuation and acquisition. Andrew then progressed to the role of Foreclosure Analyst, where they contributed to over 1,450 acquisitions. After that, they worked as a Land Analyst at Griffin Residential, where they closed land deals at every stage of development and provided comprehensive financial analysis. Andrew also worked as a Senior Land Analyst at Van Daele Homes, where they independently sourced land deals and identified profitable opportunities. Most recently, they held various roles at Frontier Communities, including Land Acquisition Manager and Director of Forward Planning. In these positions, they led and executed high-value land acquisition deals and provided strategic leadership for land development projects. Prior to their career in real estate, Andrew served in the US Army as an Armored Crewman.

Andrew Wennerstrom holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of California, Riverside. Andrew also possesses a Master's Degree in Master of Public Administration, Urban Management from California State University, Fullerton.
