Christine Umbdenstock

Christine Umbdenstock is the Vice President of Operations for the Midwest Region at Frontier Management. Christine has over eighteen years of experience in the senior living industry. Prior to their current role, Ms. Umbdenstock served as the Vice President of Operations for Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC from August 2013 to January 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the overall leadership, management and success of their community, including financial management, hiring, supervising, training, team member relations and recognition, communication, family services, resident well being, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, they were key in the Sales & Marketing process to ensure maximization of revenue and their market position. Ms. Umbdenstock has also served as the Executive Director for Sunrise Senior Living from November 2004 to July 2013 and as the Medical Faculty Liaison for Optima Educational Solutions from March 2001 to October 2004. Christine received their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and their Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from The George Washington University.

Christine Umbdenstock began their educational career at National Louis University before transferring to Harper College.

They work with Jennifer Daniels - VP, Operations, North Texas, Elizabeth Simon - VP, Operations, Northern Oregon, and Jennifer Moody - Interim VP, Operations, Washington. Christine Umbdenstock reports to Greg Roderick, President & CEO.
