Sharon Simpson-George

Sharon Simpson-George has extensive experience in client services and customer care, currently serving as Client Services Manager at Frontier Software Plc since June 2006, where responsibilities include managing over 30 staff and overseeing service delivery. Previously, Sharon worked as Resident Liaison Manager at Bramall Construction Ltd from October 2000 to March 2006, leading a team of over 50 staff and implementing quality assurance procedures while managing customer complaints and insurance claims. Earlier in Sharon's career, from May 1997 to October 2000, work was undertaken as Senior Community Support Worker at the National Autistic Society in Manchester, focused on managing community houses and ensuring care for clients.
