Support Engineer at Frontline Education

Rachel Dombrowski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachel started their career as a Teacher at Norwin School District in August 2018 and ended in March 2019. Rachel then worked at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, where they held two roles consecutively: Youth Outreach Specialist, Librarian Assistant from March 2019 to March 2021, and later as a Project Specialist on the Partnership Coordination & Community Resources Service Team from May 2020 to March 2021. After their time at the library, Rachel joined WHOOP in August 2021 as a Membership Services Representative, Tier 1 until April 2022. Rachel then transitioned to the role of Software Specialist, Tier 2, which they held until January 2023. Their final role at WHOOP was as an Enterprise Support Specialist, Customer Success from April 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Rachel is working at Frontline Education as a Senior Client Support Analyst from January 2023 to June 2023. Rachel will then take on the role of Support Engineer, starting in June 2023.

Rachel Dombrowski obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Duquesne University from 2013 to 2017. Rachel then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Education from Duquesne University, which they completed from 2017 to 2018. In addition to their academic degrees, Rachel also obtained several certifications. Rachel became an Elementary Education K-6 Teacher through the Pennsylvania Department of Education in December 2018. Rachel also obtained the English Language Arts & Social Studies Core certification and Library Media Specialist certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Education in November 2018 and March 2020, respectively.
