Caleb Yoda

Caleb Yoda has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Caleb began their career as an IT Technician at Retro Technologies, where they provided excellent customer service and performed hardware replacements in workstations. Caleb then joined Staples as a Tech Center Supervisor/Onsite Specialist, managing technical operations. Caleb is currently working at Frontline Managed Services, where they have held various roles including IT Consultant, Senior Escalation Engineer, Escalation Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Technology.

Caleb Yoda completed their education by obtaining an Associate of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Montgomery College between 2007 and 2013. Caleb further pursued a degree in Information System Management with a focus on Computer Network & Security at the University of Maryland University College from 2014 to 2016. Caleb Yoda also holds various certifications, including CCNA from Cisco in 2021 and certifications from Microsoft in 2015, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional and MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration. Additionally, they obtained the Datto Certified Advanced Technician certification from Datto, Inc. in 2015.
