Hannah Hawker has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Hannah worked at Bainbridge Island Physical Therapy as a Customer Care and Marketing Coordinator, starting in September 2019.

Prior to that, they worked at FRONTSTEPS, a real estate software company, where they held two roles. As a Customer Success Manager, they were the sole Account Manager for the Home Builder division. Hannah reviewed and managed incoming contracts, worked directly with over 150 home builder executives, and collected information for homeowner and HOA projects. As a Production Specialist/Implementation Coordinator, they focused on setting up new product installations accurately and efficiently while providing project management, data conversion, and business expertise to guide customers through successful software implementation.

Before FRONTSTEPS, Hannah worked at North Coast Aquatics as the Head Development Coach and Marketing Coordinator. Hannah managed all pre-team members and was responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, interpreting marketing data for revenue improvement, and organizing member evaluations and communication.

Hannah also worked at Aquajets Swim Team as the Head Development Coach, where they managed over 100 team members, scheduled practices, created season training plans, and implemented performance analysis and developmental training.

Lastly, Hannah had a role at Von Maur as a Department Sales Manager. In this role, they recruited, trained, and supervised department staff, managed budgets and financial records, and handled daily merchandising and organization of department products.

Hannah Hawker attended Hamline University from 2011 to 2015. During their time there, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Psychology.
