Joy Harrell

Joy Harrell currently serves on the IAH/ITRP Program Management Team at Fronza & Francis, LLC, focusing on quality, contract compliance, and project closeout for the $1.36 billion IAH International Terminal Redevelopment Program, enhancing the international passenger experience at the City of Houston's airport. Prior to this role, Joy worked as a Project Manager in Marketing Communications at Corebridge Financial, managing marketing projects from inception to completion. Experience at Macy's includes serving as a Senior Operations Manager for special projects, overseeing retail construction and technology initiatives, and as a District Merchant and Assistant Buyer. Earlier roles also include Store Operations Communications Manager at Stage Stores and francesca’s®, managing communication strategies and new store openings, while building a strong foundation in communications with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.
