Isabella Melo

Isabella Melo has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Isabella started their career as an intern at Sogefi Filtration do Brasil Ltda, where they were responsible for managing employee benefits and assisting with social actions and corporate events. After their internship, they joined TEC TOR Indústria e Comércio de Equipamentos Ltda as a Coordinator of Human Resources, where they acted as a Business Partner and oversaw HR compliance, employee well-being, and directly managed a team. Isabella then transitioned to Blue Dot Contact Center as a Human Resources Manager, where they developed and monitored HR strategies, managed all HR subsystems, and implemented various HR initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People Brasil at Frubana, where they oversee the HR function and leads the people operations in Brazil.

Isabella Melo's education history includes a Curso de Extensão in Consultoria Interna de Recursos Humanos (Business Partner) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2021. Isabella holds an MBA Executivo em Gestão Estratégica e Econômica de Negócios from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed from 2015 to 2017, with a focus on Economics and Business Management. Isabella also obtained a Tecnólogo em Gestão de Recursos Humanos degree from Anhanguera Educacional in 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Técnico em Contabilidade degree from Colégio Brasília in 2009 and a Técnico em Recursos Humanos degree from the same institution in 2008.
