Isabella Melo has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Isabella started their career as an intern at Sogefi Filtration do Brasil Ltda, where they were responsible for managing employee benefits and assisting with social actions and corporate events. After their internship, they joined TEC TOR Indústria e Comércio de Equipamentos Ltda as a Coordinator of Human Resources, where they acted as a Business Partner and oversaw HR compliance, employee well-being, and directly managed a team. Isabella then transitioned to Blue Dot Contact Center as a Human Resources Manager, where they developed and monitored HR strategies, managed all HR subsystems, and implemented various HR initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People Brasil at Frubana, where they oversee the HR function and leads the people operations in Brazil.
