Mor Barkan

Mor Barkan has worked in various agricultural roles since 2016. In that year, they began as a Farm Manager at Jeof Farms, where they managed large-scale agricultural operations, recruited and trained staff, and had a deep understanding of all facets of modern farming. In 2019, they moved to MIGAL Galilee Research Institute as a Laboratory Technician, where they were experienced in performing laboratory testing and analysis and proficient in the use of laboratory equipment and techniques. In 2020, they became an Agriculture Consultant at KANAT - Insurance fund for natural risks in agriculture, where they had extensive knowledge of farm and ranch insurance products, laws, and regulations and were skilled in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and market share. Most recently, in 2022, they began as a Product Operations Team Lead and Project Manager at FruitSpec, where they have experience in project management of Ag tech projects with a strong focus on hands-on management and customer satisfaction, are skilled in leading teams and providing guidance to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and under budget, and have the proven ability to navigate complex projects and prioritize tasks to ensure maximum efficiency.

Mor Barkan completed a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and Crop Science from Tel-Hai College between 2017 and 2020.
