Kristen Richards

Kristen Richards serves as Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel at FS Investments since March 2020. Concurrently, Kristen holds the position of Partner and Chief Compliance Officer at Chiron Investment Management, a role initiated in July 2015. Prior to these positions, Kristen was Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Waddell & Reed/Ivy Investments from September 1995 until July 2015. Kristen earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.
