Kuluthum Balila

Kuluthum Balila is an experienced Customs Declaration Officer at Frontier Services Group, a position held since September 2020. Prior to this role, Kuluthum gained valuable experience as a Customs Officer Trainee at the Tanzania Revenue Authority in both the DICD-ICD and AMI ICD departments, as well as serving as a Tax Officer Trainee at the same organization. Kuluthum holds a Bachelor of Customs and Tax Management from the Institute of Tax Administration, obtained in 2019, along with an East African Customs and Freight Forwarding Practising Certificate earned in 2020. Educational background includes an Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education from Isimila Secondary School and a Certificate of Secondary Education from Iguguno Secondary School.
