Cristina V. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Cristina started their career at Enel, where they held various HR and organizational development positions from 2009 to 2016. In 2016, Cristina joined Oracle as an HCM Solution Consultant, working on large and transformational deals for the UK Public Sector. During their time at Oracle, they closed $1.4M in revenue in 2019 and played a key role in driving the innovation strategy for one of the largest strategic accounts in the UK. In 2019, Cristina joined PeopleFluent as a Senior Solutions Consultant, where they prepared and delivered product demonstrations tailored to prospect's business requirements, supported the sales team with qualification and discovery calls, and managed hands-on sandbox environments. Cristina also served as a product champion for new releases and developments, keeping sales assets and demo environments up to date. In 2022, Cristina worked as a Solution Consultant at Gloat before joining Fuel50 in the same role later that year.

Cristina V. holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Bucharest, which they obtained between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the same university between 2005 and 2008. In addition to their degrees, Cristina has obtained certifications as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist from Hart Human Resource Consulting in June 2010 and as a Human Resources Inspector from Absolute School in July 2008.
