Joscelin D.

Joscelin D. is a Senior Scientist Project Lead at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies. Previously, at N.C. State University Plants for Human Health Institute, they worked as a Research and Development Scientist. They have a background in conducting research on the integration of fruit and vegetable bioactives and micronutrients into novel colloidal protein-polyphenol ingredients. They have also worked on projects related to archaea exopolysaccharides and microencapsulation for food industrial applications. With a Ph.D. in Bioprocessing and Biotechnology, Joscelin has a strong expertise in fermentation efficiency and calibration models for prediction of chemical composition.
