Katie Lemons

Katie Lemons is a skilled scientist with extensive experience in downstream process development and quality control in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Scientist I at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, Katie has executed purification protocols, developed processes for biological proteins, and conducted experiments to optimize manufacturing processes. Previous roles include Lead QC Associate I, QC Associate I at Biogen Idec, and Senior QC Associate at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, where Katie managed various analytical testing and compliance tasks. Earlier experience includes diagnostics testing at Zoetis, medical laboratory technology at UNC Health Care, and research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Katie holds a Professional Science Master's Degree in Biomanufacturing from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
