Tom Constant

Tom Constant is currently the Director of Data and Software Development at FullFibre Limited. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Ascent and Openreach, where Tom developed predictive models using big data platforms to improve customer services. Tom's background includes research fellow positions at the University of Exeter and a visiting research fellow role at the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light. Tom holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Exeter.
