Gary Jones

Gary Jones has extensive work experience in managing operations, customer service, and technical support in various industries. GARY most recently served as the Managing Director of Operations and Vice President Operations at Full Spectrum Lab Services from CBRE. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr Director Global Field & Technical Operations at Quest International Inc., where they were responsible for building the global infrastructure for service delivery operations to healthcare OEMs. GARY also served as the Sr Director Customer Care, Director Customer Service, and Director Operations at Masimo Corporation, where they built a world-class global customer care division. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Thales Avionics, Quantum, Samsung Electronics America, and AST Research, Inc. Overall, Gary Jones has demonstrated a strong track record of successfully managing operations and improving customer service in diverse industries.

Gary Jones received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from National University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. GARY then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Business from National University between 1988 and 1990.
