Roxanne Estrada

Roxanne E. has over a decade of experience in instructional design and learning development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Development at Fullbay since January 2020. Responsibilities include developing training programs and e-learning courses to enhance the skills of customers and employees. Prior to Fullbay, Roxanne held various instructional design roles at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. and DISH Network, where responsibilities encompassed multimedia asset production, training curriculum development, and management of learning management systems. Roxanne's career began with roles in customer service and sound engineering, supported by education in audio engineering from MediaTech Institute-Houston.
