Virge Balthazard

Virge Balthazard is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Fuller, Smith & Turner since October 2015, Virge has previously held leadership roles as Operations Director at Food & Fuel from January 2013 to September 2015, Area Manager at McMullen & Sons Ltd from January 2009 to January 2013, and General Manager at both Step Change Bars (2005-2008) and Pitcher & Piano (1997-2005). Virge holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from Newcastle University.
