After that, Marneé joined The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as a Talent Coordinator, where they played a role in recruitment strategies and onboarding new hires.

In 2010, they worked at the Godman Guild Association as an Employment Service Specialist and later as a Work Readiness Instructor, where they focused on providing support and training to program participants.

In 2011, they joined City Year as a Program Manager, responsible for implementing a tutoring intervention model and managing a team of Americorps Members.

From 2016 to 2020, Marneé worked at Relay Graduate School of Education as the Director of National Recruitment and Engagement, Teacher Pathways. Marneé'srole involved leading a recruitment team and building strong relationships with college and nonprofit partners.

Marneé's most recent role is with Fullmind as the Sr. Director Education Recruitment. Marneé is responsible for restructuring and building support for various operations teams and roles, designing proactive processes, and building teams, processes, and tools to enhance customer and educator experiences.
