Brian Litwak

Brian Litwak began their work experience in 2013 as a Law Clerk for the Federal judiciary of the United States, working under the Honorable William L. Osteen, Jr. Brian then went on to co-found the non-profit organization Conditions Set in 2013, which provided resume review and assistance to veterans transitioning into the civilian workforce. In 2014, Litwak joined Dechert LLP as an Associate in the Finance and Real Estate practice. Brian later worked as an Associate at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP from 2016 to 2017. Litwak then joined Robinson Bradshaw in 2017, starting as an Associate and eventually becoming a Partner in 2022. Currently, Litwak works at Fullsteam as an Assistant General Counsel in M&A, starting in 2023.

Brian Litwak attended Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of North Carolina School of Law from 2010 to 2013, obtaining a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
