Brian Cullen has extensive work experience in sales and account management roles. Brian began their career at Gelco Information Network as a Regional VP Sales in 1998. Brian then worked at Storage Networks as a Sales Manager from 2000 to 2002. Brian returned to Gelco Information Network as a Regional Sales Executive from 2002 to 2004. From 2005 to 2006, they served as a Regional Sales Executive at Concur Technologies. Brian joined SumTotal Systems Inc in 2006 as a Sales Account Executive, where they represented the company as an Enterprise Sales Representative. Brian then joined Cornerstone OnDemand in 2009 as an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales and performance in the workplace. In 2011, they became a Sr. Account Executive at SAP, focusing on on-demand solutions. In 2012, they worked at The SAVO Group as an Enterprise Account Executive, leading the sales enablement solutions for clients. Brian then moved to SAP Customer Experience in 2013 as a Sr. CX Enterprise Account Executive, working on the integration of various portfolios to form SAP C4/HANA. Brian is currently working at FullStory as an Enterprise Sales Director, helping companies improve their digital experiences by identifying and eliminating friction.

Brian Cullen has a BA degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. Brian attended Leland High School in San Jose, CA. Additionally, they have obtained the Command of the Message certification from Force Management in 2023.
