VP, Customer Experience at FullStory

Darren Kennedy is the VP of Customer Experience at FullStory. Darren has over fifteen years of experience in product management and customer success. Darren started their career as a project manager at WebMD. Darren then transitioned into operations at Leader Enterprises. After a few years, they took on the role of Director of Operations. In 2012, they joined Pardot as the Senior Director of the Pardot Customer Success Group. While at Pardot, they were responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the Pardot Cloud Practice. In 2017, Darren moved to Salesforce as the Senior Director, CSG Product Management. In this role, they were responsible for owning the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the Pardot Cloud Practice. Darren also maintained executive relationships with key cross-functional leaders across the Pardot and Salesforce businesses. Darren has been with FullStory since 2019 and has been instrumental in driving the company’s customer-centric culture.

Darren Kennedy has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wake Forest University and is certified in FullStory Fundamentals.

Darren Kennedy reports to Scott Voigt, Founder & CEO. They work with Jamie Garverick - Chief Revenue Officer, Michael Morrissey - CTO, and Shaine Mohan - VP, Global Partnerships & Business Development.
