Robert Solfest 📈

Robert Solfest has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Robert began their career as a Licensed Teacher, Tech Coordinator, and Developer at MN Independent School District #196, where they played a crucial role in implementing and troubleshooting school-wide technologies.

Afterward, Solfest worked as a Lead Network Engineer at Thomson Corporation and as a Network Performance Management Technical Architect at Target Corporation.

In 2005, they joined Medtronic as a Senior Software Engineer and later became a Software Engineering Functional Leader & Product Manager.

Robert'snext role was at HealthPartners, where they served as a Sr. Mgr, Reporting & Analytics, leading projects to unify health quality measures and achieve certifications. Robert also produced trend reports and executive scorecards to support Triple Aim improvement initiatives.

At Augsburg University, Solfest briefly worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor before joining Sleep Number Corporation as a Customer Experience Analytics Manager, overseeing analytics projects related to customer experience.

Later, Solfest worked at RMS Solutions, LLC as an Analytics and Technology Leader/Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Data Consultant & Organizational Leader at Fulton Analytics, utilizing their skills and expertise in data consulting and organizational leadership.

Robert Solfest earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Robert'smajor was Math, with a minor in Chemistry, and they focused on Secondary Education. Robert then pursued a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.

In terms of additional certifications, Robert obtained the "Update in Health IT: Healthcare Data Analytics" certification from Oregon Health & Science University in January 2017. Robert also holds the "ITIL Foundations v3" certification from Quint Group, which they obtained in June 2009, and the "ITIL Foundations v2" certification from the same institution in February 2007. Most recently, Robert obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate" certification from Microsoft in April 2021.
