Richard Workman

Richard Workman is an experienced project manager with a strong background in IT and Agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Fulton Hogan since September 2022, Richard oversees ERP project management for Finance, Purchasing, and Budget & Forecasting streams. Prior to this, Richard held roles at IAG as an Iteration Manager, where responsibilities included managing Agile Development teams for a web-based insurance solution, and at Diligent Corporation as an Agile Product Owner focused on SAAS web applications. Richard's extensive experience also encompasses leadership positions at FIS and SunGard, managing software projects and teams, and earlier entrepreneurship as a Franchise Business Owner at Warner Fences Canterbury. Richard holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Accounting and Finance, and in Financial Services, Economics, Accounting, and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University.
