Nick Wolf

Nick Wolf serves as the General Manager for APMEA at Fulton Market Group since June 2019, having also held positions such as Procurement Manager and Senior Buyer during their tenure. Nick contributed to an assessment team focused on identifying potential market engagement value throughout Europe and generating strategic insights. Prior experience includes roles at McDonald's, where Nick worked from December 2009 to May 2017, including positions as a Buyer responsible for beef procurement and a People Performance Manager overseeing employee scheduling and hiring. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Wollongong and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Technology Sydney.
