Juliana Pereira

Juliana Pereira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Juliana currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Funcional Health Tech since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Gerente de Talent, Desenvolvimento e Cultura at the same company starting in August 2020.

Before joining Funcional Health Tech, Juliana worked for Oi as a Consultora de T&D from June 2018 to July 2020. Juliana also has experience in coordinating corporate education and development at Metrô Rio, where they were the Coordenadora de Educação Corporativa e Desenvolvimento from August 2015 to June 2018.

Prior to that, they served as a Consultora Pleno em Gestão do Conhecimento / Analista de Negócios II at Informal Informática, where they worked on knowledge management and business analysis projects for various clients from the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

Juliana Pereira obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UERJ, graduating in 2004. In 2001 and 2002, they pursued an MBA in Knowledge Management and Educational Intelligence from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. In 2010, they completed a professional development course in People Management at Ibmec. Additionally, in February 2023, they obtained an international certification as a Chief Happiness Officer from the Instituto Feliciância.
