Mariana Aguirre possesses diverse experience in various roles related to nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently, Mariana serves as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body and environmental care. Mariana has also been an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro and worked as a Nutrióloga at a private clinic. Additionally, Mariana has experience as a Catedrático universitario, teaching courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administración y gestión de empresas from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Alimentación, nutrición y bienestar from Universidad del Centro de México.
